Its been too long since my last post and lots has been going on here at 123 Mulberry Street. I will try to catch you up later. Today I just want to begin a new regular feature called "Outfit of the Week." I will regularly post new outfits that will be available in my Etsy Shop!

Todays outfit is a a great one for Spring! It comes with 4 pieces to mix and match!

 The shirt has 3/4 sleeves and can be worn open or closed with velcro.

 It comes with a silver necklace with a little turquoise charm.

 The cropped pants have front pockets and elastic waist.

Fall Monkeys

        Have Fun in Your Underwear

Last month I was in New York City and of course could'nt resist a little browse in the American Girl Store! I was just looking for ideas and inspiration for my shop. I happened upon the underwear section and found only two options - a sports bra in white with pale blue boy shorts and a white cami with blue briefs- so boring!! So as always I thought maybe this was an area I could explore. So the wheels started to turn and the idea for "Gotchies" was born. I started on a search in the NYC garment district for elastic and fun prints and found an abundance of both.  Upon my return I made a pattern started to sew and I feel I have come up with a fun line of undies for all types of American Girls. Some are bright and colourful, some more pretty and feminine, but every Doll needs underwear beneath all the great fashions she wears.

 These are bright and colourful for the Girl that justs wants to have fun! They also have sparkle elastic which is a given.

     Its my first pattern for 18" Boy Dolls!!!

This is a great a pattern for all of you boy doll owners. I hope to come out with a few more Boy patterns this summer, since it seems that the Boys are very popular right now. Mine is from Harmony Club Dolls and I just love him, but I see a lot of customized American Girl dolls that are very cute as well. Whichever you choose to own, heres hoping you love this pattern!!!
